Black toy hat or doll hat, Graham Smith milliner, made in England with silk lining. Still has original paper tag. Graham Smith is mentioned in the book "Hats, Status, Style and Glamour" by Colin McDowell. Lots of feathers, netting, elegant looking, sure to get noticed wearing this hat! Again, one from my collection. Condition excellent.
