At the turn of the twentieth century, no well-dressed lady would be seen without a hat. American women wore hats even when taking the dog for a walk.

  Early Victorian bonnet, black with sequins, feathers in front, also some very different large beads going across the front of stand-up brim, lined, wiring used throughout. A few of these different big beads missing on front but there are so many other decorations on front you do not notice. Good condition.

  Cloche, celery green, synthetic horsehair with small flair (ruffle) at neckline and ears, lace trim, one inch celery grosgrain ribbon on inside edge, one inch see through piece of horsehair on crown. Excellent condition.

  Frank Olive white straw hat with blush pink/dull rose netting on crown and long enough to tie around neck or hang down in back.  This netting color could easily be changed as the hat has one small circular straw piece at back of hat same straw as hat this netting pulls through.  Would make a lovely wedding hat, Derby hat.

Louise Green hat, beige lightweight straw with lovely flowers. Has her famous patented silk covered headband inside which keeps hats on during windy days. Her hats look lovely with vintage clothing. Inside crown measures 21-3/4" inside crown.
