At the turn of the twentieth century, no well-dressed lady would be seen without a hat. American women wore hats even when taking the dog for a walk.

		Early Victorian bonnet, black with sequins, feathers in front, also some very different large beads going across the front of stand-up brim, lined, wiring used throughout. 		Frank Olive white straw hat with blush pink/dull rose netting on crown and long enough to tie around neck or hang down in back.  This netting color could easily be changed as the hat has one small circular straw piece at back of hat same straw as hat this netting pulls through.  Would make a lovely wedding hat, Derby hat.
